I am Tara Horne, and I am committed to helping my clients discover their passions and in doing this, create balance and joy in their lives. I work with individuals to help create goals that are attainable and exciting. I will also encourage and inspire my clients as they continue to grow. My mission is to help my clients create the life they have always wanted for themselves and help them discover and overcome any obstacles that may prevent them from reaching their goals. Together we will identify and remove unhealthy behaviors and thoughts, and replace them with those that will bring success in reaching our goals.
